Residents putting out cones in a Helston housing area are risking prosecution, one of the town's police officers has warned.
PCSO Jon Bell said it was becoming an increasingly problem in Parc an Dower and asked those leaving the cones to remove them.
He warned that to leave subject objects in the road left a person potentially liable for prosecution for obstructing the highway - not just here but on any street.
PCSO Bell added: “If a person is disabled then apply to the local council for official reserved places, which would be legal.”
