Falmouth man denies indecent assaults on girl under the age of 14
A man from Boslowick Road in Falmouth has denied indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14.
Andrew Mark Green, 44, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to three charges of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 years, and two offences of gross indecency with a girl under the same age, alleged to have taken place on dates between 1997 and 2003.
The case was sent for trial at Truro Crown Court on July 11.
