No plea to pen knife charge at Praa Sands
Allegations of having a folding pen knife with her in a Praa Sands public area have led to appearance before Truro Magistrates’ Court.
Susan Frankham, aged 51, of Millpool, Goldsithney, entered no pleas at Truro Magistrates’ Court to assaulting William Adams and possessing the knife on April 11 this year.
Her case was sent for trial at Truro Crown Court on July 18.
