The planning committee of Penryn Town Council will hold a site meeting at 5 Golden Acre, Durgan Lane, to discuss an application to build a dwelling on the site.
At a planning meeting held last week, councillors said they consider the plans to be “of poor design which does nothing to enhance the area and is detrimental to the locality”, and raised concerns over site access.
