Camborne and Penzance crews have been busy this morning rescuing an eight-month-old pup from an 80ft mine shaft at Gwinear near Hayle.
Just before 8.30am this morning firefighters received a request for help, with crews from Camborne and Penzance along with a line rescue vehicle attending the incident.
An eight-month-old puppy called Aristotle was rescued uninjured and reunited with its owner.
