The Co-operative’s plans to convert the former Clipper Way pub at Boslowick in Falmouth into a new store with parking and a cash machine are to be debated by the town council’s planning committee on Monday evening.
The proposed new store would have a sales area of around 2,000 sq ft, 20 parking spaces and create up to 20 full and part-time jobs. The company has applied for consent to make alterations to the pub’s frontage and build a small “infill” extension.
The planning committee will meet in the council chamber above the library on The Moor from 6pm.
