Blow on the head knocks Perran Sands surfer unconscious: VIDEO
Lifeguards at Perranporth were on hand to give first aid to a surfer on the beach at Perran Sands after she was knocked unconcious.
The women lost conciousness after she sustained a blow to the head by a surfboard.
The casualty had to be lifted out by an air ambulance.
