A director and a manager of a Penzance care home face court over charges of neglect and ill treatment of people in their care.
The two, alongside another woman are to appear at Truro Crown Court, alleged to have neglected or ill-treated male and female people in their care who lacked or were reasonably believed to lack mental capacity at the Ponsandane Residential Home in Penzance between 2012-2013.
Anna Dalziel, 34, one of the directors at the home, of Redannick Lane, Truro, faces two offences of neglect; Emma Morse, 48, of The Close, Penzance, faces four offences of ill treatment; and Robert Brian Rogers, 42, of Tremore Road, Redruth, care home manager, faces two offences of neglect.
Truro Magistrates sent the cases to the crown court on August 22.
