“Oh the thinks you can think” when you try to imagine Falmouth’s Young Generation company performing “Seussical” the fabulously, funky musical based on several Dr. Seuss stories.

Featuring such well-loved characters as the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, the Grinch, and many others Seusiccal will be performed at the Poly in Falmouth from July 29 to August 2.

Still glowing from the tremendous public approval and the Cornwall Drama Association awards for its 2013 production of “Les Miserables”, this will be the 36th Young Generation show.

“Seussical” is great entertainment for all ages – super jazzy music and dance, lots of colour and crazy goings-on as you would expect from Dr. Seuss! The YG show is directed by Ashley Spear and the musical director is Sally Robinson.

The show is written by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens with input from Eric Idle of Monty Python fame.

Performances are July 29 – August 2 and will start at 7.30pm each evening. Tickets can be bought online at www.thepoly.org, Tel No. 01326-319461 or call in the Poly box office 10am – 5pm (weekdays). £8 for adults, £5 for children under 16, plus £1 on every ticket for Poly funds.
