TWO youngsters at St Mary’s School in Falmouth had a special leaving gift in the form of awards presented by the head of NCI Technologies.
Year six pupil Max received the ICT Award while his classmate Bay was presented with the e-safety award. NCI Technologies provide IT support for schools across the county and run the website www.esafety|matters.com which offers advice on protecting children online.
Each year |the company presented two awards, the first for online child safety student of the year and the other for IT student of the year. Last week company CEO Andy Trish attended St Mary’s School to present the boys with their certificates and also introduced the rest of the school to NAO, a mini-humanoid robot.
