A casualty had to be cut free from the wreckage of a vehicle on the A39 near Truro yesterday evening.
Firefighters and ambulance crews were called to an overturned vehicle near Buckshead just after 6pm.
Two crews from Truro and a rescue tender from Camborne were mobilised and crash rescue equipment was used to release the casualty.
The casualty was transferred to hospital via land ambulance.
