The Crypt Pre-school in Falmouth gave its older children a fun farewell before they start school in September with a combined sports day and fair.
The pre-school, held at St Mary's Church, held a sports day for the children with races and games and the promise of medals at the end.
Early years leader Catherine Evans said: “It was a lovely morning, we were really lucky with the weather because it had been raining but it held off.
“The children loved it, the parents enjoyed it, we were really pleased, and it was nice for the older children there who are all going off to school in September.”
The fair, which included a raffle, tombola, face painting, and a special visit from Miss Kitten, raised around £450 which will go towards some new flooring and new resources for the children.
