Three defendants have been summonsed to appear at Bodmin Magistrates' Court tomorrow over the death of a man at a Roche Farm in 2011.
Jason Morgan died on June 13, 2011 at Great Brynn Barton Farm, Roche, with a joint police and the Health and Safety Executive investigation launched into his work related death.
Roger Matthews, 47, from St Ervan, Wadebridge, has been summonsed for the manslaughter by gross negligence of Jason Morgan.
Norman Treseder, 54, from Wendron, Helston, has been summonsed for the manslaughter by gross negligence of Jason Morgan.
Philip Tucker, 57, from St Wenn, Bodmin has been summonsed for health and safety offences.
Matthews Plant Hire Ltd has been summonsed for health and safety offences.
