Penryn Town Council has supported some of the planned work in an application for listed building consent for alterations to 20 St Thomas Street.
The alterations would include rebuilding a chimney stack, and the addition of two roof lights, but councillors expressed concern regarding the use of cedar cladding on a rear extension.
