Louise Brailey, of Foxs Lane in Falmouth, has been banned from driving for two years after she admitted driving while more than |twice the legal drink-drive limit.
The 51-year-old committed the offence on August 4 when she was found to have |90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35.
In addition to the driving ban, magistrates sitting at Truro also fined Brailey £185 and ordered her to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 |prosecution costs.
