Date set for 154 Bickland homes refusal appeal as parish council stands firm

Budock Parish Council is standing by its original objections to plans to build up to 154 new homes on land known locally as Poolfield as members prepare to present their case to a Government inspector.

Midas Commercial Developments is appealing against Cornwall Council’s refusal of its scheme and two days have been set aside in late October for the planning inspector to hear the arguments both for and against.

Councillors object to homes so close to St Budock Church.
