A man has been remanded in custody after breaching a court ban on him visiting his parents’ address in Falmouth.
Justin Uren, aged 35, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates’ Court to breaching a restraining order by going to Hayman Way in the town, the home of his parents, on September 8.
The case was adjourned for trial at Truro Magistrates Court, with a video link attendance on September 16. He was remanded in custody.
