A moped rider spotted by police after the bike was driven in a 'poorly balanced way' has been banned from the road.
Waiter, Lewis Busbridge, 21, failed a roadside breath test at 4.30am on September 7, after he was stopped by officers
Busbridge, 21, of Lower Porkellis, Helston, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Helston. He tested at 67 mcg, nearly twice the limit.
Busbridge was fined £200 with £105 costs and surcharge and banned from driving for 17 months.
