Penryn man denies GBH charge
A Penryn man has denied a charge of GBH at Truro College.
Christopher Carter, 20, of Shute Meadow in Penryn, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates’ Court to causing grievous bodily harm to Thomas Wildgoose at Truro College on March 24, and guilty to assaulting Scott Omlo on the same date.
The case was sent to Truro Crown Court where he is due to appear on October 24.
