Two face Helston dangerous driving charges
Two men have entered no pleas in court to alleged driving offences in Helston.
Granville Alistair Hempshall, aged 64, of Fore Street, Pool, entered no plea at Truro Magistrates’ Court to driving a Land Rover dangerously at Helston on May 12.
Lee Granville Hempshall, aged 33, of Pengersick Estate, Praa Sands, also entered no plea to a similar charge but involving a Range Rover, which was being towed by the other vehicle.
The case was sent to Truro Crown Court on October 31.
