A Falmouth man has been fined £165 after Truro magistrates reopened two traffic offences of which he had previously been convicted.
Adam Thouless, 22, of Bosmeor Road, was handed the fine and ordered to pay £75 costs and a £20 victim surcharge having been convicted on September 15 of driving while disqualified and without insurance in Camborne on April 21.
He has until November 20 to pay, and was also given eight penalty points.
