Appearing in court for the fourth time as a drink driver, a 42-year-old Mawnan Smith man admitted driving on November 5 when he was 19 points over the limit.
When stopped by the police, Michael Huntley, of Parc an Manns, Mawnan Smith, told them he had had a single can of drink, and there was an opened can in his car.
He failed a roadside breath test.
He was given a community order for six months and fined £50 with costs and surcharge. He was also banned from driving for 40 months
