Three people from Falmouth have been charged with the murder of a 63-year-old man in Camborne earlier this year.
Police launched a murder enquiry when Terry Oldham was found dead at his home in Dolcoath Road on April 1. He had sustained “serious injuries”.
Aaron Mallen, 24, and Michelle Casterton, 43, both of Grenville Road, Falmouth, plus Daniel Quinn, 23, of Tregullow Road, Falmouth have been jointly charged with the murder between March 28 and April 2 this year, alongside Richard Rosevear, 32, of Truro Road, St Austell.
The four are also charged with causing or allowing the death of a vulnerable person, namely Mr Oldham.
They were remanded in custody and appeared before Bodmin Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, December 9.
