A 20-year-old Penryn man has been banned from the road for a year after using a vehicle without insurance or a driving licence.
Shane Tyler Reeve was before Truro magistrates as a candidate for disqualification because of the number of points on his licence after a previous court hearing, was banned from driving for a year.
Shane Tyler Reeve, 20, of Alderwood Parc, Penryn, who pleaded guilty to two offences of using a vehicle without insurance or a driving licence in November at Penryn, and in January at Falmouth. He told magistrates the offences had been silly mistakes on his part.
He was fined £110 with £190 costs and surcharge.
