A man had to be airlifted to hospital when his car has landed on its roof following a crash at the Treluswell roundabout near Penryn.
The man was cut from the car with crash rescue equipment, following the single vehicle collision which happened just after 5.30pm on Sunday afternoon.
Police, paramedics and fire crews from Falmouth with the rescue tender from Camborne were called , and the Truro bound lane of the A39 was closed to traffic.
