A date has been set for the trial of a man accused of killing another man with a crossbow in St Keverne in October last year.
Daniel Richard Schofield, aged 28, appeared before Justice Nicholas Blake at Truro Crown Court on Wednesday morning to plead not guilty to shooting Roy Hanson, age 50, from the Helston area.
Schofield, who is currently living at Cornmill Crescent in Exeter, was released on conditional bail until August 24, when he will return to Truro for the trial, which is expected to last five days.
