CELTIC Care is based in Falmouth and covers a five-mile area around Falmouth. The proprietor is Mrs Sharon Tedstone, who has lived in Falmouth for 21 years and has 25 years experience in the caring profession.
Celtic Care is a private independent provider of homecare for clients who require support in their own homes. They can help you remain as independent as possible in your home.
The clients will be involved with all aspects of their care plan and will be able to make choices concerning their care and give instructions on how they would like the tasks carried out.
This includes services for clients with dementia, mental health problems, sensory impairment and physical disabilities.
Clients can be sure that their independence will be maintained and promoted at all times and support given only when needed.
