The largest ship in P&O's British fleet, Britannia, will be sailing just off the south Cornwall coast on Thursday, July 16, as part of a 'lap of honour' celebrating all things British.
The ship will be pass 1.2nm off Lizard Point at 5.45pm, 2.5nm off Black Head at 6.30pm, and 3nm off Falmouth Harbour at 7.30pm.
The boat will be on a round Britain cruise, which leaves Southampton on Monday, July 6, boasting the best of Britain with its union flag livery, art collection including a specially commissioned representation of the 'Spirit of Modern Britain' from artist Johnny Bull, and the best chefs this country has to offer, as well as a culinary offering including British cheeses and British beer and gin menus.
A P&O spokesperson said: "The biggest ship designed exclusively for Britain, Britannia is P&O Cruises’ latest modern classic, heralding a new era of holiday choice."
