Pupils past and present visited Helston Day Nursery for a day of events to mark its 25th anniversary.
In the morning the group was visited by past pupils and parents, who were given the chance to see how much it had changed since they were there, and there was also a lunch for current attendees to celebrate the big day.
An evening party for former parents did not go ahead, however.
Clare Williams, the manager, said: "We had quite a lot of past parents and children come along and visit so it went really well.
"We caught up with quite a few people we hadn't seen for a while, we had a look at old photos on the computer, it was very nice."
She added: "The thing is, living in Helston you see people all the time, but we had a fair few people come. It was nice."
