School pupils have been involved in a crash on the Helston to Penzance road this afternoon.
A school bus and a Volvo car collided at Stopgate, near the junction with the back road into Porthleven.
Eyewitnesses described it as "a bad one," with debris scattered "all over the road."
However, a police spokesman confirmed there were no injuries, although an ambulance did attend.
The crash took place at around 2.20pm, with the bus full of students. They were picked up by another bus and continued on their journey.
The road was closed due to the amount of fuel on the ground and the vehicles needing to be collected.
Traffic can now get past, although one side of the carriageway remains closed.
