An argument with an ex in a car has cost a Penryn man more than £200 after he was fined by magistrates in Truro.
Christopher John Snow argued with his former partner, when she refused to get out of his car when he told her to, and following the incident the Penryn health care assistant ended up in Truro Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour on September 17.
Snow, 32, of Alderwood Parc, Penryn, and the woman had split up earlier, the court heard, and were having an argument in Snow’s car about contact at the time of the offence.
He wanted her to get out, and she was refusing. He was abusive to her and things got out of hand, disturbing neighbours.
Snow had previous convictions for dishonesty matters and conspiracy in drugs matters. He was fined £120 with £115 costs and charges
