Two tuned-in staff members at Trevern Care Home in Falmouth have brought a smile to residents faces by fundraising for a new television.
Rosemarie Ellis and Sarah Renton spent a day in October wearing their pyjamas to work in a bid to collect cash for a new set for the residents' lounge.
Rosemarie said: "We had a sponsored day wearing our pyjamas for work, and we raised £340."
She added: "We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has sponsored and supported us, and a big thank you to the Arwenack Club for their support for what was a great fundraising event."
The grand total raised by the pair was enough for a new 50 inch television, which has now been bought and installed at the home.
