Twenty-five Falmouth University students on the BA business entrepreneurship course descended upon Budapest in Hungary recently for a three day networking event.

They joined 100 other young entrepreneurs from all over Europe and beyond. All of the students run small businesses in combination with their three year degree course, and funded the trip with profits made from their businesses.

The event saw world renown guest speakers such as Paul Renaud arrive to give a talk and run a creative workshop aimed at inspiring collaboration. All of the students at the event in Hungary are on enrolled on the team academy course which combines academic study with practical day to day business.

Falmouth University started running the course three years ago and has now formed links with institutions all around the globe. The trip also allowed the students a chance to absorb the local culture and experience a little of the city.
