Les Carek Lace and Needlecraft Group will be holding their annual Lace and Craft Day on Saturday, February 11.

Ladies from all over the county are invited to join members at Perranarworthal Memorial Village Hall for a practical working day. Various crafts will be on display and being worked including lace, cross stitch, knitting, beadwork and patchwork.

There will be plenty of working ‘pitches’ and stalls with goodies for sale including beaded jewellery, quilts, scarves and cards. There will be an exhibition of the club’s work and the hall will be open all day from 10am until 4pm for visitors to drop in and watch the ladies (and gents) at work.

Admission will be £2.50 if you intend to stop for the day or just £1 if you’d like to come in, take a look around, maybe shop - and enjoy a cuppa and some cake.

Anyone who would like to join the craft group, it meets in the West Room of Perranarworthal Memorial Village Hall in Perranwell Station on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, from 7pm until 9.30pm. All welcome - just drop in and introduce yourself or feel free to ring 01326 373984 for further details.
