A reunion for former pupils of Penryn School, who attended over a three decade period, are invited to a reunion being planned for Friday, February 3.

The event will be held at Penryn Rugby Club from 7pm until midnight and is open to all those who attended the school in the 1960s, 70s or 80s. Organisers hope that a number of former teachers will also turn up.

Dave Kitts will be the DJ, stirring up memories by playing music from across the three decades. Entry will be £5 on the door with all the money going to Penryn Rugby Club's kids' teams. The youngsters are trying to raise money to buy equipment so they can stage their own discos to raise money.

If enough people attend the reunion and more money raised, a further donation will also be made to a local charity.
