Police have identified a body discovered on a north Cornwall beach as belonging to a 46 year old man from Newquay.
The body of Patrick Foster was found by a member of the public on Treyarnon Bay Beach near Padstow on Saturday, February 4.
Police have said they are not treating this death as suspicious and are awaiting the outcome of the post mortem, and they would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious or the person described in the days leading up to his death.
Mr Foster is described as having short ginger cropped hair, wearing brown trousers and a black Yamaha top.
