Flora Day is often described as 'better than Christmas' by many Helstonians and for the leading set of this year's Midday Dance it is likely to be a day they will never forgot.

The names of the first four dancers to emerge from the Guildhall at midday on May 6 has been revealed.

In order to share the honour of being the leading couple, the stewards have decided that the first pair leaving the Guildhall and dancing to Lismore, will be Robert Eddy and Paula Butler, followed by Ben Blaber and Sarah Sneddon.

At Lismore the couples will then change places to return to the Guildhall.
