A farm at The Lizard will be throwing open its gates once again tomorrow, inviting visitors from near and far to discover more about where their food comes from.

This will be the fourth year that the Amiss family at Tregullas Farm has hosted an Open Farm Sunday event, in conjunction with the National Trust.

Families can go along to the farm, just through the village on the way to Lizard Point, at any time between noon and 4pm on Sunday, to meet the family along with other local farmers and food producers.

There will be ducks, hens, goats, sheep and cattle, ferret and snail racing, traditional crafts including wood turning and wool spinning, a farmers market selling local produce, sheep shearing, wildlife displays, archery and kids crafts, with the chance to climb aboard a tractor.

Entry is free and refreshments will be sold in aid of Landewednack Primary School.
