There are only days to go until this year's Old Skool Reunion takes place at Falmouth Rugby Club so it's time to sort out your fancy dress and prepare to dance the night away.

Geared towards those who grew up in Falmouth and Penryn during the 60s, 70s and 80s, the party is on Saturday, July 22, with the money raised going to the Children's Hospice South West and a donation to Falmouth Rugby Club, in appreciation of its continued support.

The event was first held four years ago and stemmed from the Falmouth and Penryn Old Skool Reunion Facebook group which was created to reunite old class-mates who group up in the area. Members of the group share old photographs, memories and music of the era and now meet up at least once a year, many of them in fancy dress, to party.

Although fancy dress is optional, organisers hope many people will make the effort and add to the nostalgic atmosphere. Dave Kitts and DJ Donaldo (aka Donald Chambers) will once again be manning the decks and providing the tunes. Doors will open at 7pm and entry costs £5.
