Falmouth Week is just around the corner and as always the marquee entertainment programme at Events Square boasts a varied line-up.

Organisers South West Bars and Events have stepped it up another level and music lovers this year can lap up everything from the critically acclaimed Imelda May and the unmistakably cool Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club, to heart-throbs Blue who headline this year's 80's/90's Extravaganza.

Tickets are on sale now, but there is a chance for three people to win a pair of tickets to the night of their choice in a competition being run by South West Bars & Events in collaboration with the Packet.

Imelda May will be the first headliner of the week on Sunday, August 6, and will be followed the next night by the UK's top Bruce Springsteen tribute act, The Boss.

Tuesday will see salsa sensations Felix Balloy and his wing man Ramon Vallejo back as part of a Reunion UK tour, and headliner number two follows on the Wednesday in the shape of the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club.

Back by popular demand on Thursday the 10 are South West Ska legends Rudi's Message for the ever popular Falmouth Week ska night.

Then comes the highlight of every Falmouth Week - the 80s/90s Extravaganza which this year sees boy band Blue headlining and performing their string of hits. The Dance Party then will get down to business with live performances from Beats International (Dub Be Good To Me), and Dario G (Sunchyme, Carnival de Paris) plus 80s/90s guest Retro DJ to keep you on your feet all night. Fancy dress and glow sticks will be a-plenty for the biggest party night of the year.

Bringing the celebrations to a close this year will be the Counterfeit Stones, the world famous tribute to Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now from the box office at Events Square, which is open daily from 10-5pm, and from seetickets.com.

All events are open to all ages unless otherwise stated - please check when purchasing your tickets. Keep up to date on Facebook - Falmouth Week Events 2017; and falmouthweek.co.uk.

Now for the competition - to be in with a chance of being one of the three winners of a pair of tickets for a show of your choice, just answer the following question:
