A public meeting overthe future of Porthleven Shipyard will take place at the site in just over a week's time.
After Cornwall Council's west planning committee deferred a decision on plans for a new innovation building before a site meeting had taken place, councillors and interested parties will now convene at 4pm on Monday, October 9.
The official party for the meeting will include the planning committee's chair and vice-chair, plus three other members, as well as local Cornwall Councillor Andrew Wallis. Other committee members can also attend but will not take part in discussions or decisions.
Members of the public are invited to attend, and third parties will have the chance to put their points for or against the application, but will have to register with planning beforehand.
No decision on the application will be made at the meeting, but it will be used to inform a final verdict at the following planning committee session.
