An 80-year-old man who was pulled from the sea at Swanpool yesterday is reported to have died.
The unidentified man, who is thought to be a regular swimmer at the beach, was given CPR after being pulled from sea by a member of the public at around 3pm yesterday.
He was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital by air ambulance but was later pronounced dead.
