A 41 year old man has died of his injuries after being involved in a collision on the A39 near the Asda roundabout last month.
Emergency services were called at 4.20am on Saturday, April 14 after the man was in collision with a VW Golf while walking on the Penryn bypass.
Cameron Grieve, from Penryn, sustained life-threatening injuries and has remained in hospital since the collision.
He died yesterday at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth.
Officers are continuing to investigate the incident and a female driver is assisting them with inquiries.
