A parking vigilante has been placing nails under the tyres of cars in Caldwell Road, Penzance.
Tom Cooper, who lives on Caldwell Road, noticed the nails on his walk to work this morning (Friday July 13), just days after new yellow lines had been painted.
He said: "It's been bedlam for parking but I didn't expect to see that this morning when I was walking to work.
"Just leave a note. I took all of them out so no one's car got damaged."
The yellow lines on the street are new and were only painted this week.
