The Band of HM Royal Marines led the annual Sea Sunday parade in Falmouth at the weekend, and afterwards gave a performance at Events Square.
The event was organised by the Falmouth Royal Naval Association and saw young cadets marching with veterans and civic dignitaries through the town centre.
Sea Sunday marks Falmouth's strong maritime connections, paying tribute to those who risk their lives daily at sea across the world.
Afterwards, a service was held at the Parish Church of King Charles the Martyr.
This year, the salute was taken by Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall Edward Thomas Bolitho.
