Christmas came early for some in Falmouth after Trago Mills accidentally left their Christmas lights on over the weekend.
The shop left their lights on wishing shoppers a "Happy Xmas" between Friday evening and Sunday morning.
Jon Hilton, manager at Trago, said: "We were doing a move around in the furniture department and someone plugged the lights in by accident, leading to much merriment on social media.
"It was just a pure mistake. I can confirm we are not selling Christmas trees yet."
The net lighting is left up all year, but usually not switched on until slightly nearer the holiday season.
