A much-anticipated new show is coming to Cornwall's Miracle Theatre starting this month.

Touring indoor venues for the first time in ten years, Hell’s Bells is scheduled from February 13 to April 6.

It is a unique seaside mystery, billed as a murderous melodrama and a unique detective thriller with the theatre's trademark colourful characters.

Fans can expect laughter, mystery, and magic from this captivating performance.

With a tradition of entertaining audiences in Cornwall since 1979, Miracle Theatre's latest creation comes from a skilful local team renowned for their comical, highly intelligent productions.

Hell’s Bells will tour 27 venues across Cornwall and the southwest, with an impressive schedule of 34 performances over eight weeks.

The theatre's founder and artistic director, Bill Scott said: "In addition to our open-air productions in unlikely and out-of-the-way venues every summer, Miracle also used to spend the winter months visiting indoor spaces - from theatres and arts centres to village halls and schools.

"After a pause of ten years, we’re delighted to be back on road, revisiting our old haunts and discovering some new ones.

"Our aim is to bring lavish and extraordinary shows to community venues of all sizes, no matter how unassuming or remote!

"What better entertainment for a winter’s evening than a murder mystery, packed with larger-than-life characters, daft humour, and spine-chilling suspense – all delivered to your doorstep?"

Expect an enigmatic storyline, as the tale follows a woman named Ferelith, whose seaside holiday takes an unexpected twist when a lighthouse keeper's body mysteriously washes ashore.

After getting involved in the police investigation, Ferelith gets entangled in an increasingly strange series of events.

Hell’s Bells, developed with support from the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund and Cornwall Council's £132m Good Growth Programme, promises to bring thrilling entertainment to audiences of all ages.

With some performances already sold out, the anticipation is continuing to build across the region.

Tickets are now available from £10 per person, welcoming both adults and children above the age of seven.
