A frozen desserts seller who causes mass excitement wherever he visits has announced he will be in Helston and Camborne this evening (Saturday).

Ice cream phenomenon Mr Tee King of Desserts, who has more than 260,000 followers on Facebook, visits different locations around the UK with his ice cream, serving wild and colourful creations, and can attract queues of hundreds of people.

The news has caused great excitement in both towns, where his team will be serving between 5pm and 10pm.

In Helston the van is parked in Tesco car park, while in Camborne it is in the Rosewarne car park. 

Both have long clamoured for a visit by one of his vans, which serve ice cream flavours such as ‘Toffee Banoffee Pie’, ‘Bubblegum Bottle Bonanza’ and ‘The Oreo Biscuit Blue Tray’.

Also served are warm desserts and ice cream with hot sauces.

Revealing his visit to Helston on Saturday evening, Mr Tee said: “So, after a very long wait we are on our way to your great town and will be ready to dish out some serious deliciousness to all you lovely people on this fine and glorious evening!

“Serving from 5pm till 10pm treat yourself and the family the sweetest way possible.

“Choose from an array of flavours, not to mention ample warm desserts including hot gooey and chewy cookie dough, rich and indulgent chocolate brownies and sweet and soft Belgian waffles… all of which are generously coupled with a fresh serving of Mr Tee’s famously fresh vanilla soft serve ice cream.”

All ice cream trays and hot desserts with ice cream cost £7.

Be aware though, if you're heading over tonight then expect a wait.

His visits always attract long queues, sometimes stretching up to 100 people at a time.

Dubbing himself 'The best ice cream man in the world', Mr Tee, who is originally from Wrexham, travels the UK in his ice cream van, visiting secret locations before announcing them on Facebook, causing a mass rush of people eager to try out his different inventions.

He has now amassed something of a cult following, with thousands of people viewing his videos on YouTube.
