Budding chefs battled it out to be crowned the best young chef in the area, in a competition organised by Falmouth Rotary Club.
The competition attracted a huge variety of dishes and featured for the first time in the competition's history, a Chinese dish.
The 12 entrants prepared their dishes in the food technology labs at Falmouth School, with many of the young chefs selecting local based ingredients to make their dish.
Judging the competition was Beatrice Dyer, Peter McGuire and Mark Fleet.
