A new Buccaneer B28 vessel, named ‘Myghal’, has joined the Cornish fishing fleet.
The name means ichael in Cornish and her fishing number is FH750.
The owner and skipper James ‘Bo’ Bosustow, had the vessel completed by H Baumbach andSons of Hayle.
The vessel has been fitted out for tangle netting and can carry around 140 nets in deck pounds on the port side. She is fitted with a Spencer Carter NH03 net hauler just alongside the forward wheelhouse on the starboard side.
Myghal will eventually work from the Helford River, but until a suitable mooring is found, she will initially work from Newlyn.
